Jewelry Repair
All of our repair and restoration work is performed here in our workshop by our goldsmith, Brad Jordan. In rare circumstances we do work with outside experts for specialty work such as gemstone re-cutting. We assure you that your jewelry is always safe, secure and in good hands.
When we take in a repair, we will provide you with an estimated cost for your approval before beginning work. Prices will vary, depending on the amount of work necessary and the materials involved.
Repairs do have their limitations, stop in to have one of our jewelry specialists’ assess your piece and help guide you towards what’s possible. We want to do our very best to keep your jewelry looking as beautiful as the day you first wore it.

Jewelry Restoration
Jewelry is very personal and we at Jordan Jewelers are aware of the trust you extend us when bringing to us your vintage, estate or heirloom pieces in for repair or restoration. Our priority is too always handle your jewelry with the utmost care and attention to detail.
The restoration process requires several technical steps to bring life back to a piece that has been worn and loved for decades, sometimes centuries. With that said, not all jewelry is a candidate for restoration. We will help you determine that during your visit with us. If this is the case, this is a wonderful opportunity to remake your jewelry in the exact likeness of the original.
We can also highlight those special elements you love in a new design recreated to fit your own unique style. This type of custom creation can be very satisfying because you have the opportunity to add your own personal embellishments.

At Jordan Jewelers we understand that financing options are important. In addition to accepting American Express, Visa, Master Card, and Discover we also offer a free Layaway program. We also offer financing through Jewelers Reserve with Citi Bank. You are welcome to use a combination of payment methods as well.
